This innovative tool uses artificial intelligence and industrial vision to automate the analysis of the food left by consumers on the plates. Thanks to this Solution, restaurants can have a total vision of food waste in order to know the critical points and find targeted actions. This new food waste management tool provides smart KPIs on a web platform, making it possible to constantly monitor performance of the restaurant and achieve set objectives through a simple and relevant data analysis.
