Identification

SyreN System reduces the emission of ammonia with up to 70% which eliminates airborne eutrophication.

The SyreN System method applies the correct amount of sulphur as sulphate fertiliser. Depending on the slurry type, this makes from 15 to 50 kg more nitrogen plant available, reducing the need for mineral-based fertiliser. Acidification also breaks calcium bonds, making 40% more phosphorous plant available. The reactive nitrogen emission reduction results in a 20% total reduction of PM 2.5 air pollution, potentially reducing premature death with 50.000 and health-related cost of 14 billion euro in Europe. SyreN System offers legislative compliance and is profitable.
