Identification

Streetlight is a vital requirement in modern society, but can require large amounts of electricity. This Solution helps to reduce emissions from streetlighting by generating and utilising solar energy alongside electricity from the grid. First priority is always given to solar, with mains supply as back-up, offering peace of mind to users. The Solution works on dual source of input power and will work even in the case of grid failure or electricity disruption. In areas where grid electricity is not available, it can be used as standalone off-grid solar system as well. Secondary output can be used for environmental sensors for receiving real time data of sunlight, humidity, temperature, noise, barometric pressure, VOC & seismic detection, as well as for connecting blinkers, CCTV cameras, etc. This helps to reduce additional infrastructure costs by powering these additional equipment by solar power.
