The environmental benefits
- •1.3 million beekeepers and their bee hives in Europe and North America are affected by Varroa mite. Our solution against the parasite allows a fully automated Varroa treatment, where the beekeepers profit from healthier bee colonies, 31% increased colony
- •North American commercial beekeepers are suffering from yearly losses of 40-50% of their colonies. The main culprit for this is a deadly parasite called varroa mite. Our solution allows them to replace harmful chemical treatments with clean technology.
- •With the Vatorex-System, 50 tons of CO2 is saved per customer per year. Due to its fully automated operation, 6 travels to the apiary are saved, resulting in a net energy saving of 440 kWh per customer.
- •Our solution has the potential to bring down honey bee losses by more than 20%. More and healthier honey bee colonies ensure sufficient fruit and crop pollination in spring and allow for robust food systems.

- •Our client's payback period is between 0.8-2.3 years. After this period, beekeepers become 20% more profitable when they use our solution.
