Identification
iQspot aims to improve the energy efficiency of buildings by automatically collecting and analyzing their energy consumption, in real-time. It is mainly dedicated to real estate investors and property portfolio managers, allowing them: 1. To be immediately alerted of any consumption irregularities, and act without delay; 2. To measure the actual impact of actions taken to improve the energy efficiency of their buildings (improvement work, fine adjustments, behaviour changes; 3. To share this information with any stakeholder involved in the building performance, including occupant; 4. To have access to reliable indicators for all their energy and environmental reporting needs. iQspot platform automatically collects consumption data provided by IoT sensors placed on fluid meters. Its algorithms analyze data in real-time, to generate relevant alerts and help to better understand building activity and also display environmental KPIs in a smart way.
