Identification

Today, we face a major environmental challenge: according to the WEF the textile industry is currently the second most polluting industry after oil. Demand for clothing is expected to grow from 62 million tons in 2015 to 102 million tons in 2030.

The solution relies on renting one sized set of second hand or unsold maternity and baby clothes. The pieces are carefully selected according to the customers' preferences, who then receive a box at home, use the clothes and return them free of charge. Every time you rent Bibou'tic second-hand clothes, you save water, electricity and greenhouse gas emissions generated by the production of additional new clothing. Thanks to their innovative business model, this solution makes it possible to extend the lifespan of a garment to several mothers-to-be and babies, all for half the price compared to buying new clothes.
