Identification

DRH4's system provides alarms, automatic oil recuperation and instantaneous oil/water separation.

Most of the outdoor transformer contain insulating oil ranging from few hundred liters up to hundred of thousand liters, insulating oil is essential to avoid breakdown and when a transformer leaks, it is often discovered following an outage. The DRH4 system recovers all the leaking oil without any contact with the soil. It provides an alarm as soon as less than 1 liter of oil enter the main treatment system allowing the maintenance crew to intervene before further degradation. When a certain amount of oil has entered the system, it is directed to an oil reservoir for recuperation and possible recycling. All the water that might fall on the transformer is directed in the treatment system, separated from the oil and send to the surrounding ground through a filter with 0 % hydrocarbon going out. A capture system recovers all oil leaks from the transformer. It includes a basin and deflectors for protruding component. The DRH4 is adaptable to suit various transformer size and configuration. The 3 available models separate up to 160 liters by minutes of liquid.
