Think of Ponera as the “LEGO” of pallets. A smart, modular and digitally-enabled solution, which can be assembled to reach any size. It facilitates circular logistics, guaranteeing full flexibility, and high convenience to the users. Given the right logistic flows, Ponera’s solution can reduce packaging costs and CO2 emissions by an order of magnitude. The introduction of smart modularity will allow providing effective IoT solutions in the whole freight transportation system, increasing transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness of the solution. The use of biopolymers ensures the possibility of reusing the packaging many times in the pallet's duration of life, and its full recyclability. There are three core competencies that Ponera strives to offer: physical packaging innovation, IoT solutions, and process knowledge.

- •Dynamic load resistance of more than 2000kg/m2 (1.5 times the maximum load capacity of the current solution), while being 60% lighter
- •The use of thermoplastics allow for extended life time and reusability, more than 10 years and 100 usages
- •IoT sensors will be present in the modules allowing for unprecedented traceability and transparency in the value chain
- •Up to 90% reduction of transport related CO2 emissions
- •Up to 95% eduction of wood waste
- •Bio-polymer recycling: 100% recyclable
