With Wasser 3.0 PE-X® we innovate a filter-free, highly efficient removal and reuse of microplastics from waters using non-toxic materials + clump & skim technology. As a world´s first, this includes a simple detection. Removal takes place in tailor-made process-integrated plants. Usually, we implement our rental model for a long-term feasibility study. And collect process data for the installation of continuous operations. A reactor equipped with a stirrer helps to localize the particles, the magic reagents called hybrid silica gels initiate the clump and skim technology. After just minutes we got larger agglomerates, like popcorn-like clusters, floating on the surface. In the end: Easy separation and reuse of waste, e.g. as construction material. In sum, we provide: 95 % microplastic removal 90 % water reuse. 90 % process chemical reuse. 100 % waste reuse 50% less energy required. 50 % less CO2 footprint = a complete sustainability upgrade of processes.
