Identification
Solarimo plans, realizes and operates solar solutions and sells the electricity to the tenants. The investment for the systems is also made by the company. The overall goal is to involve the owner as little as possible and take care of the whole process, including marketing communications.
Solarimo offers solar tenant power solutions throughout Germany and supports housing cooperatives, project developers as well as industrials and municipalities in realizing their roof potential. It aims to keeping all the effort and investment costs away from the owner of the building, while including tenants in the energy transition. There's 320 million square meters of unused roof area in Germany that is suitable for PV systems.
