Identification
The Swiss solar manufacturer Megasol has been producing solar roof tiles for over solar roof tiles for over 10 years. The latest version "Match" offers easy installation, high compatibility, and many design options. Megasol offers one to three standard formats per tile type, which can be combined with each other as required. In this way, the Swiss manufacturer achieves that "Match" is compatible with a very broad range of roof tiles. The solar roof tile from Megasol can be completely freely designed for sophisticated architecture. Megasol offers a wide range of colors and even the possibility to create individual colors. Megasol makes it possible to give the "Match" solar panels an individual look and even a unique feel by means of glass structures. Classic solar glass or interesting glass surfaces such as Creek, Diamond, River, or Wave can be used. This innovation was awarded the international "Red Dot Award" design prize.

- •CO2-Reduction: Based on a 60 sqm installation, more than 5200 kilograms of CO2 are saved within 1 year
- •Electric car distance: Based on a 60 sqm installation, more than 70'000 km can be covered by an electric car with the annual production

The Financial benefits
- •Based on an installation of 60 sqm in Switzerland, the gross income over life time is over 70000 EUR
- •Based on total self-financing, the ratio of the grey electricity tariff to the cost price of PV electricity, a 60 sqm installation provides an electricity cost advantage of about 50%
- •The installation of the MATCH solar tile on 60 sqm allows a production of up to 11'900 kWh being able to propose an independence of 170% of a family of 5 people
