Identification

Thanks to IOT technology old heatings are made smart and will be able to collect, analyse and exploit operational data in support of the portfolio-wide CO2-reduction goal. Through a gateway installed in the heating room, the intelligent algorithm is able to control the existing heating. Sensors in every apartment monitor this optimization in real-time. With the inclusion of meteorological forecasts, up to 20% of a buildings' emissions and energy consumption are reduced. Automated data analysis allows to better understand energy performances and to monitor and document the CO2-reduction remotely in real-time, and based on measurements. The system docks onto almost any type of existing heating, increasing the system's performance.
