Smart and Green firestarters are made with coffee grounds, without wood or petroleum product like paraffin and kerosene. One box of the product helps start 40 fires (in fireplaces, stoves, or barbecue grills). As coffee grounds are 67% more powerful in combustion than wood, the firelighters are very efficient in lighting wood firelogs or charcoal. One box of Smart and Green firelighters allows to recycle coffee grounds equivalent to 75 cups of coffee which represents the average drinking coffee consumption of an adult during 20 days. As there is absolutely no wood in the Smart and Green products, using Smart and Green firestarter is a good way to fight against deforestation. By using Smart and Green firelighters, customers have the guarantee to light fireplaces easily, limit the yearly generated waste quantity of coffee grounds, and avoid cutting trees. The Solution is also sold under the Brand Etokolo.
