01.

Identification

Polylabs Bio Polyol is made from sustainable and renewable resources: Rapeseed and tall oils. It can help companies produce rigid polyurethane products with reduced CO2 emissions and increased bio carbon content. Some of the most common rigid polyurethane products include spray foam insulation, steel sandwich panels, and construction foam in a can. Bio Polyol contains a high amount of biocarbon (83%) and is produced from natural resources in a one-step production process that does not produce any harmful waste products. Depending on the polyurethane formulation, companies can replace 10 to 50% of conventional petrochemical polyol with Bio Polyol.
