Weather-independent and energy neutral drying and storage of agricultural products
Growers have to rely on unstable outdoor's air for the drying and storage of their products, but conditions are almost never optimal. Due to climate change, weather is becoming harder to predict. This makes the drying and storage of arable products with outdoor's air increasingly challenging. Arable farmers are having difficulty storing their products over the winter without seriously compromising their quality. The Solution, Agricultural condensation drying, allows farmers to precisely adjust for optimal drying and storage conditions (temperature, humidity, CO2), independent of weather conditions . This results in higher product quality and thus better prices for their products, 30% more and better marketable products and in combination with ENGIE solar energy and a heat pump, the system is even energy positive. The additional cost of this system compared with a conventional system has a maximum payback period of 3 years
