Thanks to this application, collective restaurants know in advance the affluence and dishes chosen by the guests, via a booking system available on smartphones or PCs. Thanks to this application, kitchens know what will be consumed and what they have to buy and cook, thus avoiding food waste. In addition, MEAL CANTEEN offers guests a wealth of information such as a nutriscores, caloric values, product origin, allergens, beliefs and the possibility to rate meal from one to five stars and leave a comment. MEAL CANTEEN eliminates the drawbacks of collective catering by reducing queues through predefined choices and ensures that each guest, from the first to the last, receives the desired dish, thus reducing food wastage on the plates.
