Urban Vegetation Monitoring provides decision-makers in urban areas with the necessary support services to quantify and monitor urban vegetation with satellite data.
These services consist of: (1) evaluation of the greening policies of cities, (2) modelling of climate and environmental impacts of current and future urban development. (3) providing information on the quality of life and the environment to support master plan updates. The innovation is to offer a suite of top-of-the-shelf product available for any city in the world. Users will be able to purchase the products by a one-shot contract or by a subscription through the marketplaces of the leader geographic information system (GIS) software.
