Identification

The unYo is a decentralized system that filters any type of fresh water to provide drinking water in a low-cost, effective, and environmentally friendly way, for small volumes (less than 40m3/h). Highly effective, the system is modular and adapts itself to water source ; it blocks 99.9999% of viruses and bacteria, pesticide residues, suspended matters and dissolved pollutants, all while preserving the natural minerals in the water. Thanks to its software, hardware and sensor technology, the unYo is autonomous and requires little to no on-site maintenance ; it does not require the use of chemicals, nor consumables, and it has a very low energy consumption (3kwh). Better for the environment, it has a lower environmental impact when compared to traditional technologies like reverse osmosis. Designed to be coupled with clean energy sources (such as solar panels) and easily transportable, its features make it the ideal solution to provide drinking water in remote areas.
