Identification

SWISSROLL 030 is the world first glass wool insulation roll with a very low thermal conductivity (lambda 0,030). It is aiming to be the best insulation solution for renovation, thanks to its high thermal and acoustic performance, incombustibility, recyclability, and low environmental impact. It is manufactured with more than 80% of recycled glass, and a bio-based binder. The production is made locally, with local hydroelectric power and CO2 neutral gas. The exceptionally low thermal conductivity allows to save valuable thermal energy and use less material (thinner insulation) for thermal protection. The self-supporting roll shape allows for an easy and quick installation. The flexibility of glass wool guarantees an excellent thermal protection even in buildings with irregularities and requiring a lot of adaptations (e.g. passage of pipes). Glass wool is incombustible by nature which ensures additional safety for building occupants. The bio-binder use certifies very low VOC emissions
