Identification

Thanks to its innovative and patented system, MAZARO's solution makes even the best current drivelines significantly more efficient and better performing as they combine and amplify the advantages of the 2 traditional approaches based either on gear or belt systems (Continuously Variable Transmissions - CVT).

Most of today's transmission systems waste energy when shifting from one gear to another or suffer drill slippage, which greatly reduces their efficiency. Transmission systems are placed between the engine/E-motor and the drive wheels, which has a crucial influence on fuel consumption, emissions, dynamics and driving pleasure. To meet this need, MAZARO has developed an innovative transmission system for cars and industrial vehicles that offer unrivalled energy, emissions and cost savings while enhancing performance and comfort. MAZARO’s systems is able to handle efficiently the high torques required for large vehicles and unlike other CVTs, MAZARO’s systems are controlled by high-efficiency hydraulics consuming only 0,1% of the total energy. This system offers city buses, trucks, tractors or any other vehicle with a "start-stop" driving style a solution for operating more cost-effectively and sustainably.
