Identification
The transition to 100% clean energy in existing commercial and industrial buildings is taking too long and is too expensive. Most new, clean energy systems take 30-50 years to reach market saturation. This is primarily caused by perceived technology risk, high initial costs, poor alignment between building owner and tenants, and an inefficient supply chain.
Retrolux has built Smart Energy ScaleOS(TM) to accelerate the transition to net zero commercial and industrial buildings. ScaleOS is a design, sales, implementation, and operations cloud software platform for contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, financiers, and building owners that want to ensure building energy systems are operating efficiently and always have the latest cost effective smart, clean energy systems installed. ScaleOS includes site survey, design, estimating, energy and cost saving analysis, financing estimates, proposal generation, incentive analysis, material and labor marketplaces, order and tracking, project management, network device commissioning, routine and preventive maintenance automation, team collaboration, and new solution identification features.
