We offer a green and sustainable alternative to chemicals in the fruits & vegetables sector, compatible with environmentally friendly cultivation methods (organic farming in particular) in the form of an "all-in-one" preservation product: it is a food coating that can be applied after harvest either by a dipping- or by a spraying process. Invisible to the naked eye, colorless, odorless, and edible, this product meets all post-harvest conservation issues and is safe for the environment and for human health. This coating is semi-permeable to respiratory gases: it does not asphyxiate the fruit but slows down its respiration and its degradation, thus extending its shelf life and its organoleptic and nutritional qualities.
