Identification
OptiClean online measurement is insuring an optimum control of the CIP operations with also a much better quality monitoring, which is strategic for many activities: agro-food, cosmetics, pharmaceutics.
CIP (Clean In Place) stations have no proper physical measurement to adjust the set time for each phase of the cleaning process. This means a large waste of time first, water, and energy. Elodys international has created an innovative optical sensor called OptiClean sensor which optimizes set time and control of CIP stations in the industry. OptiClean comes with productivity gains as well as CAPEX (CIP station capacity) and OPEX/environmental effects (water, energy). Another significant benefit comes from a strong improvement of CIP Quality management, which is key for a number of industrial activities.
