Strict water regulations, extensive work to install micro power plants and high installation costs often make hydroelectric facilities less accessible to potential customers. To meet this challenge, HELLIOGREEN Technologies has designed an innovative and patented solution that makes it possible to produce electricity at a lower cost while respecting the environment. The multi-thread geometry obtained by moulding allows a volume efficiency of more than 25% compared to conventional screws. The system is based on an adjustable platform anchored to the river bottom, requiring little civil engineering work for the installation and the turbine is managed by non-submerged rollers, making it easy to maintain. Robust and easy to install, HELLIOGREEN turbines also meet the short-term electrification needs of developing countries, with an estimated life expectancy of more than 40 years without major changes or repairs. In addition to its highly modular systems, HELLIOGREEN has chosen to offer an integrated approach to its customers: from administrative procedures and discussions with the authorities to final commissioning.

The Environmental Benefits

  • Modules are made of 100% recycled materials

The Financial Benefits
