Description

N'Co Conseil is a firm of property consultants. They were commissioned by one of their clients, a property company managing hundreds of real estate assets, to define a strategy for decarbonising their portfolio. N'Co called on Cedrus, and gave a presentation at the SIMI, the leading real estate show in Paris, in December 2024.

Impact & Result

The use of Cedrus for N'Co conseil's client's fleet enabled the identification and costing of work packages leading to a saving of 6,301 t of CO2 over the targeted decarbonisation period. From the client's point of view, using Cedrus saved around 400ke in engineering fees to achieve this result. In addition, it is estimated that Cedrus has enabled more efficient work packages to be obtained, with a better investment/emissions avoided ratio.

Solution Spotlight

In order to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, it is necessary to reduce emissions from the building stock by 50% by 2030, and therefore to multiply the rate of renovation by 5. In order to successfully complete this ‘project of the century’, Cedrus proposes to : - make it easier to assess the condition of a building stock by automating the collection of key data, without the need for site visits - using Artificial Intelligence coupled with building energy analysis to identify the optimum work packages, in terms of their impact on energy and carbon emissions, as well as on the budget for works. - support homeowners in implementing these actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
