Cedrus helps real estate owners find the most efficient way towards decarbonization of their buildings
In order to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, it is necessary to reduce emissions from the building stock by 50% by 2030, and therefore to multiply the rate of renovation by 5. In order to successfully complete this ‘project of the century’, Cedrus proposes to : - make it easier to assess the condition of a building stock by automating the collection of key data, without the need for site visits - using Artificial Intelligence coupled with building energy analysis to identify the optimum work packages, in terms of their impact on energy and carbon emissions, as well as on the budget for works. - support homeowners in implementing these actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
