Identification
Since the PV market and customer needs are changing, customer orientation is becoming a major issue in the energy industry. The Eturnity Solution is replacing the efficiency barriers and persuasion efforts with automated and simple, but precise advice. It combines two digital tools: The Eturnity Calculator and Expert, each for the PV and heating sectors. This covers acquisition, consulting, planning, and sales of renewable energy systems. The Eturnity Calculator takes on the role as the first filter. The end customer receives a simulation of their personal energy system and then obtains a custom overview according to their criteria, incl. graphics that are accurate, but not too technical. The installer then sees who is only obtaining initial information and who is planning a concrete project. The Eturnity Expert reduces the effort by reducing the number of interfaces. The time savings to the point of quote creation is up to 80 %. Personnel capacities can, therefore, be used elsewhere.
