The goal of the EnergyBox is to reduce the energy consumption of retail shops. It will do so by: (1) controlling the lights based on the opening hours of the shop, (2) controlling the HVAC system to reduce its consumption, and (3) monitoring the consumption of the shop and giving feedback to the owner.

- •15 years lifetime and fully recyclable using the existing take-back systems
