It is one of the world’s largest greenhouse gas emission contributions, air pollutant and sources of lost biodiversity. e-missioN sensor system is a solution that delivers information for a database to translate slurry- and climate variations into an accurate nitrogen emission loss assessment during slurry application. This enables significantly improved management decisions for following mineral nitrogen application dosage rates. The result is improved yields and savings on use of mineral fertilizers. e-missioN creates exceptional sustainability in avoided greenhouse gasses, air pollution and eutrophication.
