Identification

SMART BUILDING uses automated processes to control and optimize the building's operations including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, security and other systems - enabling the owner to reduce the building's carbon footprint.

Smart Buildings represent a key pillar in the future development of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Facility Management industries. Building Information Model (BIM) allows to design, build and maintain a new Smart Building or turn an existing 'normal' building into a 'smart' one. This model is used as the visual and data-rich platform enabling the dynamic control and management of the building. A crucial pain point to overcome when starting the Smart Building journey is to simulate the cost and delivery time to produce the BIM and then get it easily, smoothly and at an affordable price. BIMPRICE is an online simulator and ordering application enabling anyone to instantly quote the Building Information Model, order it online and have it digitally delivered within days for small projects to a couple of weeks for large ones to one's mailbox.
