Identification

ATV600 is a range of ready-to-order drives and custom engineered drives focused on fluids management processing and energy savings.

Electricity usage costs have become an increasing fraction of the total cost of ownership (TCO) for industrial pumping systems reaching up to 40% of the TCO. Wherever pumping systems are present in environments such as building, water/wastewater, oil and gas facilities, energy consumption exerts a major influence on cost. However, it is possible to reduce electrical consumption by at least 30% through appropriate energy. management practices while reducing the maintenance cost. Unfortunately, many organizations fail to introduce the proper steps to leverage cost reduction through efficiency improvements. To meet this challenge, the new Altivar Process ATV600 range contributes to optimizing production thanks to the modelling of the kinematic chain, which allows a pump to operate on its optimal characteristic. With ATV600, end-users can save more than 40% Energy Efficiency with service control embedded.
