The plant pot ventilates the root system in a natural way while still maintaining its function as a purifier. As a result, plants that grow in an AIRY can absorb pollutants up to 8 times as much as in conventional plant pots. That means that one plant is able to purify a room of 20 square meters within a day. Maintenance is simple; the user just needs to fill up the water reservoir every two to three weeks. AIRY does not only collect particles like a technical filter, but turns volatile pollutants like formaldehyde, benzene or toluene into useful nutrients for the plant. As such, there is no need for a filter exchange.
