Enjay is a Swedish cleantech company, specialized in energy efficiency, who developed Lepido, one of the first energy recovery solution from restaurant ventilation.
This innovation enables to reduce annual emissions of CO2 by 500 million metric tons, representing 1% of the projected worldwide CO2 emissions by 2050. Lepido is a self-cleaning recovery coil, adapted for restaurant ventilation, which allows restaurants to benefit from their ventilation instead of wasting energy. Lepido's delivered effect per converted restaurant varies from 17 to 106 kilowatts, lowering the average annual emissions of CO2 by circa 34 metric tons. Lepido's system is maintenance-free, meaning that every kilowatt-hour recycled is a real financial saving. Thanks to Lepido's highly scalable technology, property owners worldwide can simultaneously save money and reduce their impact on the environment.

Implemented by Burger King Scandinavia in () in 2021
Burger King restaurants in Scandinavia approached the cleantech company for the implementation of the Lepido unit. From now on, all future 250 Scandinavian Burger King restaurants will utilize the Solution, to help the restaurant chain lower both CO2 emissions and operating expenditure. Lepido is now included in the standard design for all new Burger King restaurants started by King Foods in Scandinavia.
