Water Lentil Protein - Plant-based proteins addressing 13 Sustainable Development Goals and reducing carbon emissions

The Solution aims to provide a sustainable, profitable, and healthy plant protein option to small holder farmers, and the $86bn plant-based protein market. The water lentil protein offers a complementary nutritional value to the existing plant proteins that do not have the B12 Vitamin or minerals such as calcium and iron. Products such as vegan burgers and dairy alternatives will now be able to fulfil their products fully with our Solution. Water lentils can be considered a 'Super Hero Food', as it not only is a nutritionally super food but also reduces carbon emissions by 100 tCO2e/ha/yr.
