Enerbrain Air monitor - A complete solution consisting of independent modules for real-time analysis of environmental data, remote energy management and control of buildings.
40% of global energy is used by buildings. This is not only a problem of pollution, but we spend an avg. of 8€/m2 just to keep warm in winter and cold in summer. Moreover, all this energy is used daily but still comfort levels are often not met.
HVAC systems are complex to upgrade, expensive to maintain and not dynamic enough. This is where Enerbrain Air sensor comes into play: thanks to its IoT scalable technology, it is able to wrap an ‘intelligent layer’ of the data sent by existing systems, enhanced by an advanced adaptive and predictive algorithm to tell controllers and actuators specifically, tailored to the area, time and amount of people at any given time to turn on or off heating, ventilation or air conditioning, or opening windows to let fresh air in. This way comfort levels of staff and customers increase while still achieving savings in energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
