100.solarhaus - A platform using digital energy technology as a service to buildings tenants
100.solarhaus aims to solve clean energy consumption inefficiency by introducing local rooftop PV systems with digital metering technologies for private and commercial multi-tenant buildings. Thus, they offer climate-friendly onsite energy technology as a (digital) service to a large, undersupplied segment.
EINHUNDERT delivers solar as a service and adjacent digital metering services for power, heat and water to urban multi-tenant and commercial buildings at scale. In Germany, heat and power consumption of residential homes are responsible for 258m t CO2 emissions yearly. Their business model addresses approximately 50% of these emissions – in line with share of tenants. Furthermore, as the solution serves commercial tenants as well, their approach also tackles the 116.3m t of yearly CO2 emissions in trade, commerce and services. Their contribution to climate emissions reduction is potentially significant.
