Identification
Heliac sells solar collectors that produce heat up to 400C in large-scale at unsubsidized costs below fossil fuels almost anywhere in the world.
The solution is based on Heliac's invention of a new, low-cost method for producing transparent lenses that work like magnifying glasses. Each solar collector is 20m2 and rated at 14kW. The solution integrates into existing systems that produce heat for industrial processes in such a way that heat is delivered when the sun shines, but when the sun doesn't shine, the users just use their existing heat generating systems. Thanks to this system, there is no need for storage and no risk of running out of energy.
