Identification
The problem is the high resource wastage of manufacturing processes and greenhouse gas emissions, which, contribute to 18% of the global greenhouse gas emission. 3D printing can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, material use, and energy use by up to 90% when compared with conventional manufacturing.
The Solution aims to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions in the manufacturing sector by providing a better alternative to conventional manufacturing in the automotive, dental, and other industries. This Solution redesigns the already existing metal 3D printing technology that has been slow in replacing current manufacturing techniques due to quality shortcomings. 3DK Tech relies on ultrasonic vibration, temperature control, and a proprietary software to improve the quality of 3D printed parts, improve the ease of use of metal 3D printers, and bring down costs for manufacturers.
