A sustainable water heater solution to improve consumer consumption

Identification
Modular and scalable, using solar or grid energy, equipped with sensors, Twido water heater can provide an understanding of the uses, and actions to reduce water and energy consumption.
Smart grid, the Twido electric water heater takes the information sent by the electrical distribution network. Connected directly to photovoltaic panels via a disconnector box, it is hybrid, powered by both grid electricity and photovoltaic electricity. The heating film surrounding each stainless-steel tank incorporates a double screen-printed resistance, which uses one and / or the other of the two energies, the surface of the photovoltaic panels being calculated to cover the needs of the home. Thanks to on-board sensors, MyTwido application controls consumption (grid electricity, water), hot and cold-water temperature, flow, solar production. It adapts the volume of hot water available according to needs, define the ideal volume and create alerts in case of over or under production.
