Make collective heating efficient, fair and sustainable
Synergie is a solution developed by Kocliko to improve the energy performance of collective heating systems in residential buildings. It combines physical sensors (indoor and outdoor temperature) and a control unit in the boiler room with a dedicated digital platform. The system accurately estimates the heating needs of each apartment using a detailed digital twin of the building, integrating its thermal and geographical characteristics. Heating costs are then fairly allocated based on these actual needs. Simultaneously, the boiler is continuously adjusted in real time, using weather data, measured temperatures, and the building’s thermal behavior. Both occupants and building managers can access real-time data and analysis through the platform. On average, Synergie achieves 21% energy savings, helping reduce both greenhouse gas emissions and heating-related expenses.
