The sustainable community solution is a carbon service for organizations that wish to voluntarily measure, reduce or offset their GHG emissions. SC is a unique project to democratize access to the voluntary carbon market. The associated methodology VM0018 is the first agglomeration project methodology in the world validated and certified by VERRA. SC aggregates GHG reductions into a one-stop shop for its members, primarily SMEs, municipalities and NPOs. The community and cluster-based business model, which includes hundreds of GHG reduction micro-projects, is intended to be a catalyst for local climate action to accelerate multi-sector decarbonization. The solution provides a sustainable, profitable, community-oriented and ecologic alternative for multisectoral organizations that wish to engage in decarbonization and challenge their business-as-usual habits.
The Environmental Benefits
- •The Salesforce automation of our Sustainable Community plateform is expected to allow us to process billions of transactions
- •This is expected to allow to monetize over 100 million tons of CO2eq by 2030
- •Between 2010 and 2021, the Solution successfully qualified, quantified and verified 8,1 million tons of CO2eq reductions
- •1000+ buildings/sites realised their corporate carbon footprint with the Solution, therefore increasing carbon-related knowledge, control and opportunities

- •More than 2 million CAD redistributed to Sustainable Community members up to date
- •80% of the sales revenue is dedicated to the members (45% in cash, therefore helping them finance their green transition, and 35% in unbilled services, enabling us to offer a risk-free service)
- •12 months to receive the first yearly payback, which is annual and cumulative, therefore exponential if the member realizses new GHG reduction projects
