A solution to control remotely buildings with a 24/7 service in order to increase comfort and save energy.
Many buildings have technical equipment such as HVACs systems or lighting systems which consume a lot and are hard to control. Users on site have difficulties controlling the systems, because, the remote control or the BMS system are complicated to use, or the location is not convenient. A building should "work" alone for the main equipment, especially when there is no maintenance company on-site full-time. The solution is solving those issues by providing a 24/7 service to control remotely the building by using wireless equipment’s, software with machine learning, and a 24/7 Energy Center to control remotely the buildings in order to save energy, increase comfort and help maintenance.
