Our solution is a web app that allows companies of all sizes to measure and simulate their environmental, social, and economic impacts. With Sapiologie, companies can take decisions according to their own sustainable objectives, and actual and upcoming regulations. We use an internationally recognised methodology to quantify the products' sustainability impacts from raw material extraction to end of life: the life cycle assessment (LCA). Other indicators such as material circularity and geopolitical supply risk are also being implemented. A version of our tool, Sapiologie Expert, is available for experts in LCA, eco-design and/or circular economy. Sapiologie ERP, in partnership with Odoo, is also available for companies that need a complete and accessible ERP. Cycler was developed to be collaborative, ergonomic, and financially affordable. Our objective is to enhance the eco-design and circularity of products, and help companies engage in the ecological and digital transition.
The Environmental Benefits
- •Sensitivity analysis on 50 parameters on 100 product variants takes less than 1 minute, this would take several hours on SimaPro or OpenLCA
- •Filling a 25-step manufacturing process over 250 product variants took 10 hours of work for a client, they estimate it to weeks on Odoo or other ERPs
