Before textiles are printed or dyed, cleansing them is necessary. Next to enormous amounts of water, chemicals, steam, energy and electricity used, mega-tons of CO2 emissions, heavy pollution and waste of valuable resources are caused. Producing jeans requires 8 000 litres, and a t-shirt needs 2 700 litres of water. Ozone gas is a strong oxidant removing dirt and undesired colours from textiles, making them clean and white. Revozona equipment saves 90% CO2 emissions and water plus 40% energy and chemicals. Famous brands like H&M, ZARA, and C&A are in acute need of Revozona's cleantech solutions.
