Bio-based chemicals are essential to reduce petroleum-based chemicals' impact on human health and ensure a sustainable future. Ever stricter HSE regulations are forcing companies to change away from using more hazardous products. Consumers increasingly demand greener products, with reduced packaging and transport. Also, Aquatic toxicity has become a particularly sensitive issue, putting huge pressure on chemicals such as D-limonene. Governments around the world have set legally binding limits for carbon emissions in the years to come. The Solution represents a new process for innovative high-performance bio-based products. The materials are bio-derived and are a sustainable replacement for a number of toxic and petrol-based materials. NXTLEVVEL products are derived from non-food biomass such as corncobs and bagasse.

The Environmental Benefits

  • The Solution can bring enhanced concentration in various product (for example laundry detergents): 4 times concentration
  • NXT SOLV solvents are derived natural ingredients according to ISO16128 and are not manufactured with any products of animal origin
  • Up to 80% reduction in CO₂ emissions versus petrochemicals
  • Allowing higher concentrations means less plastic needed to contain and package the solution, for the same results

The Financial Benefits

  • Competitive prices compared to the petrochemical alternatives
  • Additional safety and health incentives for companies and customers compared to petrochemical alternatives
