Optimal aircraft dispatch planning software for air transport operators

Identification
4% of all passenger planes currently flying over our heads are empty. Empty flights have a considerable cost, both economic for the operator, and environmental. As a result, dispatching the best aircraft for each flight and elaborating the fleet planning is a crucial operation. Yet, the problem has a tremendous complexity because the number of possibilities makes it impossible to solve by hand, even with a limited number of flights. Pogo is a software designed to reduce this volume of unnecessary empty flights performed by air transport companies, especially Business Aviation operators. It provides the optimal fleet usage for its users and achieves the lowest possible amount of ferry flights with no passengers. It helps them improve the efficiency of their fleet. This results in direct savings for the operators and a reduction of their greenhouse gas emissions. Because the process can be automated and runs almost in real-time, it increases operators' efficiency. Finally, it also helps users react to last-minute changes, such as grounded aircraft or flight cancellations.
