A last-mile delivery company based in Grenoble and Annemasse aimed to transition to electric vehicles for client deliveries. They selected Watèa by Michelin to supply a mobile logistics hub. The deployment included a fleet of 20 electric utility vehicles and 20 electric charging points, distributed across two warehouses in each city. This implementation was successfully completed in August and October 2021, marking a significant step toward sustainable and eco-friendly urban logistics.
The implementation led to an outstanding achievement, preventing the emission of 55,000 kilograms of CO₂ into the atmosphere over just 10 months, demonstrating a remarkable commitment to environmental sustainability and tangible progress in reducing the carbon footprint.
