The metropolis of Angers installed the Solution in one of the city’s car parks in 2019. The locker was specifically designed to fit in with the city’s decor and Pantone codes. This project aimed at making the city more attractive (Greenways) and eco-responsible. Regarding the users, it allowed them to consider alternative and ecological transport solutions without fear of having their bike or e-scooter stolen.
The solution is expected to pay for itself in less than 6 months, demonstrating high cost-efficiency. It rncourages the use of bicycles and e-scooters, reducing reliance on cars and lowering carbon emissions.
Clean transport solutions are increasingly needed in urban areas to tackle carbon emissions and air pollution. Urban Smart Ecopark is a parking and recharging concept for new electric mobility in cities. The smart secure parking lockers and rental of electric transport vehicle solves the known problems of free floating electric vehicle (risk of damage, theft, street clutter). The lockers are modular in order to fit the needs of customers. By offering a smart storage Solution for new mobility, Urban Smart Ecopark can aid the transition to sustainable mobility in cities.
