Transforming Workspaces: MIROS Optimizes Two Coworking Rooms in Zug for Enhanced Flexibility and Efficiency

MIROS Technology pivoted in February from a futuristic vision to a market-ready solution, successfully delivering two fully transformed rooms in a coworking space in Zug. Initially focused on a long-term concept for smart, adaptive spaces, we shifted our approach to focus on creating modular furniture and AI-enabled software that could immediately meet market needs. After signing the agreement in July, we worked closely with our client to implement the solution. The two rooms were transformed into dynamic spaces, easily transitioning from individual workstations to collaborative meeting areas at the press of a button. This maximized space efficiency, minimized the need for additional construction, and aligned with the client’s goals of flexibility and sustainability. This successful implementation marks a key milestone, demonstrating how our technology can deliver real-world, scalable solutions with immediate impact.

By eliminating the need for 40 m² of new construction, we reduced CO₂ emissions by 36 tons during the building phase and saved 4.8 tons annually in heating. From an economic perspective, the flexible space offers long-term savings by lowering energy use and enhancing workspace efficiency, resulting in a rapid return on investment with a payback period of just 1-2 years.
