A private homeowner with a family of four has installed the WAISENSE COMFORT system, which includes 1 Power Module, 2 Bypass Modules, 2 Activator Modules, and 1 Repeater Module. It is installed next to a light switch and an electrical outlet in one of the bathrooms.)
Based on customer experience, our solution delivers an average 37% reduction in water bills—around 1,850 litres saved monthly—plus a 3.5% cut in energy costs, all while enhancing family quality of life. One user expects ROI by end of 2024 (under 3 years), with a net CO₂ reduction of 0.06 tons, even after accounting for production and delivery emissions.
WAISENSE COMFORT in an internationally patented solution to avoid the typical wastage of cold water that consumers normally dispose every time they want to use hot water but have to wait for it with the tap turned on until it reaches the desired temperature. Main innovations are based on the modularity of the solution, formed by elements (IoT platform, mobile apps, an open API and devices) that combine to offer a customized solution to meet all customers’ needs; it’s low energy consumption (or it can even save energy); the recirculation without a dedicated return pipe, among others. WAISENSE’s hot water recirculation system not only eliminates water waste but also helps prevent Legionella, ensuring hot water reaches critical points at correct temperature complying with health-safety regulations. It also addresses inefficient plumbing, lack of awareness about water waste, and pipe-related damages like undetected leaks and freezing, reducing costly repairs and deterioration.
